So here is what happens when event organisation FAILS to the power of 10
Myself and Debs ( the wife ) set off for a 30 mile drive from Sittingbourne Kent to Ramgate Kent to see the south east air show, and in particular the only flying Vulcan in the world.
The show gates open at 10.am as advertised on the website for the show, so I say to the wife, " rather than get there too early, we will leave home at 10.00 am". After 20 minutes of driving we come to a halt on the A299 Thanet way. Here`s where the photos start.

we notice people now abandoning their cars to try and find a place to relieve their bladders the time is now 12.45 and we have traveled 1/2 mile !!!
Please note we are on a duel carriageway and have no way of turning round and going home.

The so called travel news -107.9 stated at this point that there was a 9 mile tailback to get to the show and that the organisers had turned it into an all ticket show, so people with no tickets were stuffed as the pay on the gate was closed

Finally at 15.00 we are on the approach road at last when a distinct sound hit everyone that was around us. Everyone stopped and jumped out of their vehicles cameras in hand for the site that probably all of us wanted to see.

I will just continue with photos from inside the show. But was it worth the £24 ticket price ?
