Trying to get my Torsion arms out from the front beam. You have to wind out the alen bolt from inside the nut and they then pop out and the arm can just be pulled out. Got one out fine but the other has rusted and completly rounded off!! Any suggestions on the best way to get it out? Cheers for the help!! Glen

Is there no way you could weld a nut to the top of the alen bolt to undo , you would probably need new bolts and nuts , but hay if there that rusty its probably not a bad idea to separate .

Cut it down each side with a grinder fitted with slitting disc then you should be able knock each side off then with a brass drift tap it though but I bet it's seized so you might have to soak it or youse some heat hope this helps

Mission accomplished!!
Heated with a blow torch for 90 seconds then a little twisting and persuasion and it wound straight out!
Just need to get a new nut and bolt.
Cheers guys!!
