Maybe... But they work!! Scanned the mini for any faults... Got none which is good news but doesn't help me solve my problem!

Cold start problem, once cold the engine won't fire on it's own. I have to prime it with a bit of fuel straight down the inlet, once I've done this it will start up fine. once it is up to temp I can start the car no troubles but after about 2 hours it's back to the continuous cranking. I'll sort it some time soon i'm sure haha. My most recent vehicular activity was trying to fit all of these in here...

Theres an odd problem! Ive always had hot start probs - vapourisation in the past Your choke working ? just a general thought!! sounds kinda like my ole mates diesel 205 has to have a sniff of easy start to kick it up when cold Ive been slowly replacing my knackered fuel lines looks like the ethanol in petrol nowadays have rotted them, gone porous in between the bloody gales and hail / rain storms

Looked at a burnt out iveco transporter to see if I could cut behind the cab and stitch it onto another one rather than extending the chassis, retwired secondary heater plugs on belair and planted carrots onions and toms good day

I think it may be something to do with the car having sat completely untouched for 6 months, super low fuel level in the tank. I will take it out for a little drive tomorrow and hopefully drive some of the faults out, if that is such a thing? Put a few tank loads through it and hopefully that will do it some good. I do need to find some large diameter fuel hose sort of stuff to connect my standard fuel cap with my aftermarket fuel tank. Don't have any clue what sort of diameter to look for, or even where I would find a hose suitable to carry fuel to a tank... And then I will need a "Y" piece connector! Problems!! Looked at a burnt out iveco transporter to see if I could cut behind the cab and stitch it onto another one rather than extending the chassis, retwired secondary heater plugs on belair and planted carrots onions and toms good day Cwor, makes me feel lazy!

Get it mapped soon hey Mr D? On Sunday I managed to sort some new insurance out on the mini so had to get a few bits done before I could take it out for its first drive of the year. I had to wire the front end up again as what was there was awful. I changed the washer fluid, fixed my horn and wired in my spot lights. I then took it for a little drive. Pretty poor photo, weather was bad, was about 8pm and raining hard, guess this is just an excuse to take it out again for some more!
